bullet Ashtefere on Monday 11 August 2008 - 08:50:38
can someone tell me how to get cleartype working again in the later xmodules? old settings not working
bullet immortal on Monday 28 July 2008 - 03:56:16
sounds promising
bullet ilmcuts on Sunday 27 July 2008 - 23:36:15
Addendum... if you want a test build, either get in touch with lsdev or get someone to compile nightlies.
bullet ilmcuts on Sunday 27 July 2008 - 23:28:41
Re: Vista compatibility. It's definitely improving, but it'll take some time to make it into any "official" builds I guess.
bullet GothsSecret on Sunday 27 July 2008 - 13:45:55
it's not 100% vista compatible, some systray icons will not be shows and "some" startup apps will not run
bullet ian on Sunday 27 July 2008 - 12:08:01
hey guys, does litestep run on vista sp1?
bullet GothsSecret on Saturday 26 July 2008 - 12:44:30
mostly it's saturation and/or hue as a setting. all xmodules are able to.
bullet rwn on Saturday 26 July 2008 - 10:54:09
I want to colorize the icons on say a popup to a certain tint, I remember this was possible back in the days I just don't remember which module. Any hints?
bullet .alur on Thursday 17 July 2008 - 19:18:41
I slipstreamed SP3 onto a SP2 source, modded it a bit, and reformatted my comp with it. I didn't really "install" LiteStep, I just used the setshell tool to set it as my shell.
bullet GothsSecret on Thursday 17 July 2008 - 10:39:28
you installed LS on sp3 or up allready got ls installed when you updated to sp3, that's a huge difference
bullet .alur on Thursday 17 July 2008 - 03:23:11
I don't have a problem with !PopupDynamicFolder personally. It works just fine on SP3 for me.
bullet GothsSecret on Wednesday 16 July 2008 - 23:57:47
hehe I also had this problem after installing ls on a clean XP SP3 system first of all, LOSI sets a Reg key wrong: HKCU/Software/Microsoft/Windows/Current Version/Explorer, the "DesktopProcess" entry has to be REG_DWORD, so delete the entry and set a newDesktopProcess set to "1", and the other thing is the !DynamicFolder from the popup, which crashes LS (if u installed ls on a SP3 system, if you've installed ls on SP2 and updated, this doesn't happen). my solution for now, use !PopupFolder instead of !popupDynamicFolder.

How exactly does it crash, Soren. What theme or modules are you using?
bullet Soren on Wednesday 16 July 2008 - 20:46:17

bullet simoneyez on Saturday 05 July 2008 - 21:42:34
@ruhmkorff: thanks!
bullet ruhmkorff on Friday 04 July 2008 - 07:59:16
@simoneyez Or u can use Stickies (6.5a)
bullet Andymon on Wednesday 02 July 2008 - 16:45:38
@the.golem:
Yes, Overlays can have their own click events, ... ('s' flag)

@simoneyez:
Use (x)Labels. I have seen a theme(s), which had a "Post-It" feature done with xLabel and a script module.
bullet simoneyez on Wednesday 02 July 2008 - 04:58:00
any1 knows a good "Post-it!" module? to create notes on my desktop.
bullet the.golem on Wednesday 02 July 2008 - 02:32:45
Can Label with multiple overlays utilize individual left click events?
bullet xbullethammer on Monday 30 June 2008 - 04:02:16
still think that a !Parse bang for 24.8 can be very useful... XD
bullet dinmikkith on Saturday 28 June 2008 - 20:43:59
Post News is broken right?

btw: litestep.de is back ou can find a message at http:\\lsp.litestep.info
bullet .alur on Saturday 28 June 2008 - 01:00:07
crazy, use !execute[!bang][!bang][!bang][...]
to call multiple bangs
bullet Andymon on Friday 27 June 2008 - 15:53:09
If you have seen the small example in the docs, it should be clear!?
Have you ever tried adding this single line with a existing label setup?
Look in the xDocs Tutorials for a more detailed example!
bullet crazy2be on Friday 27 June 2008 - 06:00:55
i still don't understand the hooking thing

how do i call two bangs?

my current code to call the popup is this:
StartOnLeftClick !Popup 0 -31

how can i add the hooking bang to that? and will it have to calculate it every time it gets clicked? it there a way to make it calculate that upon loading of litestep?

i'll be gone for a while after friday, so i might not see any replies for a while after that, but i would appreciate some help.
bullet xbullethammer on Wednesday 25 June 2008 - 21:41:36
hey since the litestep parser has become so powerfull... why not a !Parse bang??
